UNIVERSIDADES NODESS: ARTICULACIÓN DE RSU Y STEAM PARA INCLUSIÓN SOCIAL, SOSTENIBILIDAD Y JUSTICIA ANCESTRAL

La universidad contemporánea enfrenta el desafío de redefinir su papel frente a las desigualdades sociales, la crisis ambiental y la necesidad de transitar hacia modelos de desarrollo sostenibles e inclusivos. En este marco, la Responsabilidad Social Universitaria se consolida como un paradigma ético que articula docencia, investigación, gestión y vinculación social. De manera complementaria, los enfoques STEAM (Ciencia, Tecnología, Ingeniería, Artes y Matemáticas) fortalecen competencias críticas, creativas y colaborativas mediante proyectos interdisciplinarios con pertinencia cultural. La convergencia de ambos marcos en los Nodos de Desarrollo Sostenible ofrece una vía estratégica para impulsar inclusión social, sostenibilidad y justicia ancestral en América Latina. El objetivo de este estudio fue diseñar un modelo funcional de articulación RSU–STEAM en universidades NODESS, con énfasis en la protección de saberes ancestrales y la promoción de vocaciones tempranas. La metodología consistió en un análisis documental de 128 fuentes publicadas entre 1990 y 2025 en bases internacionales, aplicando criterios de inclusión y exclusión, triangulación de hallazgos y principios de justicia ancestral. Los resultados identificaron cinco dimensiones interdependientes: universidades como NODESS, RSU transversal, pedagogías STEAM, vocaciones tempranas y diálogo comunidad–academia. En conclusión, la articulación RSU–STEAM en universidades NODESS constituye un marco innovador y replicable para la educación superior socialmente comprometida.
